In order to fish within the area, you need a valid fishing licence. These can be purchased from the agents below, and the funds raised in this way help to preserve the fishery for the future.

To date we have used the money to build boat ramps and jetties, as well as to restock rainbow trout and pike perch.

One-Year Junior Fishing Licence (15-19 years of age)	100kr
One-Month Fishing Licence	200kr
One-Week Fishing Licence	150kr
One-Day Fishing Licence	50kr

Children below the age of 15 fish for free in the waters listed below.

A valid fishing licence entitles to fishing in the following waters: Öjasjön, Sävsjön, Öxasjön, Iglatjärnarna, Kroksjön, Hosjön, Klarsjön, Älgtjärnarna, Älgsjön, Gåsasjöarna, Hundatjärn, Farsjön, Lilla Sävsjön, Järvasjön, Tistlatjärn, Änkasjön, Godastenssjön and in parts of Strömsån and Torestorpsån. In the STOCKASJÖARNA lakes a special permit is required.

The fishing licence is personal and must be carried with you.
Display the licence on an outer garment and always carry a form of ID with you.

There is also a fishing licence ticket machine placed in the middle of Öxabäck next to the local grocery store which accepts credit cards 24hs. All types of fishing licences apart from One-Year licences can be bought here.
